Most writers need more time to write. At the WWW fall retreat, falling leaves, a rushing waterfall, and the support of other friendly women writers is in abundance like a fruitful fall harvest. The atmosphere is conducive for keyboard clicking. There are lots of nooks and crannies, couches, and tables for writing. Plan now to attend.
WWW members will write and talk about writing at our annual fall retreat. Join us at the Hopscotch House, on Sat., Sept. 30, 10 a.m., through Sun., Oct. 1, 3:00 p.m. Come for the day or reserve your spot to stay overnight. Please bring your own lunch. For dinner, we ask that everyone bring a dish to share. Meat will be provided. Coffee and tea will be available throughout your stay; but you are welcome to bring any other beverage. Breakfast will be provided Sunday morning. There’s room for six overnight guests in beds and for others with sleeping bags. Participants need to bring their own linen, towels, and toiletries. Other suggested items include walking shoes, comfortable layered clothes, camera, laptop, and journal. Participants must bring $15 cash or a check made out to the Kentucky Foundation for Women to support the Hopscotch House. This is a members only event. http://www.kfw.org/retreats-residencies/
