Nature Meets Nurture: A Retreat among the Trees
Retreat… to Central Kentucky with us, beginning at 10 AM Saturday, October 14 through 5 PM Sunday, October 15 at the Loretto Motherhouse farm. Give yourself a weekend of reflection and inspiration among abundant trees, by three small lakes, walking the labyrinth, and below the star-streaked night sky (or at our retreat house, where there are ample tables, gathering spaces, and a desk in each bedroom). Day-only options are also available.
Reflect… in the tranquil cradle of the Knobs… Built in 1873, the Knobs Haven house is located on the grounds of the Sisters of Loretto Motherhouse in Central Kentucky. Situated among historic buildings in the middle of a working farm nestled in green, rolling hills (or “knobs” as they are called in Kentucky), this retreat space offers a welcoming environment for writers seeking to nurture their craft.
Nurture your writing life… At this gently structured retreat, you’ll find time and space to observe, write, reflect, and share your work in a supportive atmosphere, among old and new friends.
