Discover what it means to write with emotional honesty and address common obstacles when writing about personal experiences. Analyze published work, practice memory exercises, and explore techniques for writing life’s difficult and emotionally guarded moments. Learn how to write through those fuzzy gaps, trusting what memories bubble up.

Reserve your seat by paying in advance at the Thursday, Feb. 2, WWW meeting at the Highlands Shelby Park Branch Library in Louisville. Free parking. Only cash and check are accepted. Payment will also be collected at the door on the day of the event.

Bonnie Jean Feldkamp has worked as a freelance writer since 2001 publishing service journalism articles and personal essays. She specializes in topics relevant to children and families. Bonnie contributes features and a monthly blog to Cincinnati Family magazine. Her work has appeared in The New York TimesScary MommyBrain, Child Magazine, and regional parenting publications. Bonnie is the Director of Media for the National Society of Newspaper Columnists. She is a wife, mother of three, and lives in Louisville, Ky.
